As we continue to navigate through the various phases of the COVID-19 pandemic here in the USA, Green Purse is committed to helping our clients keep a constant pulse on the voice of the consumer. Currently, much of our research focuses on how consumers’ shopping behaviors and lifestyles at home are changing due to the pandemic. With the vaccine now making its way into some of the population, we’ll soon see yet again more changing attitudes and behaviors from consumers. At the moment, many of our research clients are looking to connect more with consumers online to drive online sales. Looking ahead to Spring 2021, when we hope things will start to look a bit better, our clients are already planning some “post vaccine” research as we may start to transition into our “new normal,” so to speak.

While much of our consumer research has shifted to virtual only, we've developed have some pretty innovative ways to replicate the in-person shopping experience. And where we can, we are still doing some in-person field research (like store check ins,) with a focus on the Mid-Atlantic and South regions, where we can easily drive to given our home base in the Washington, D.C. area.
