Green Purse PR was founded in early 2010 by American communications expert and buy-ologist, Lisa Mabe, and is located in Washington, DC. Lisa is a recognized leader in the CPG, specialty food and natural products industries, and has over 17 years experience leading marketing communications, public relations and research programs for leading companies around the world.

Lisa works to translate the voice of the consumer into tangible insights that scale for her clients. Lisa leads and conducts several custom, qualitative research projects throughout the year, and also supports a small group of long-term retainer clients, working as an extension of their internal teams to either lead their communications programs or service a specific part of it. A recognized industry thought leader, Lisa regularly speaks at industry events around the world, and is frequently quoted in business media. A natural presenter, Lisa supports brands in the form of consumer insights workshops and is also a sought after moderator and host for leading events in Washington, DC.

Prior to founding her own consultancy, Lisa worked with two leading communications agencies, Mullen Lowe U.S. (in the marketing to women practice) and BCW - Burson Cohn & Wolfe (previously called Burson-Marsteller,) in their digital communications practice.

When not driving client initiatives, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, collecting pretty views in nature and bringing her yard to life with flowers, vegetables and wildlife habitats.
